Rap Video Styles
Eight styles, each with its own beat and visual treatment. Every one is rap — there is no dropdown full of wedding presets to dig through. Pick a sound, upload a photo, get a clip.
The style controls two things at once: the beat you perform over and the way the shot is treated. Trap gives you 808s and a slow, spacious camera move. Drill slides the bass and drops the light. Boom bap goes the other way, with swung drums and a grainier, 90s-looking frame. You are choosing a finished look, not a plugin.
How to choose
Start from the platform you are posting to, not from the genre you like most. Trap and drill read clearly in the first second of a vertical clip, which is what a feed rewards. Boom bap and old school work better when the words are the point and the clip is longer. Phonk suits fast cuts and action footage; 8-bit and K-Rap are the ones people use when the joke or the aesthetic is the reason for making the video at all.
If you are unsure, spend the free allowance on the one you would never pick. Hearing a style you did not expect is usually more informative than confirming the one you already liked.

Not sure which one fits?
Start with the cheapest option and iterate. A 5-second 480p clip is what the free allowance covers, so you can hear the beat and see the treatment before paying anything.
